  1. I had a coronary CT angiography as a preventive check-up.

My total calcium score is 0. There is up to 39% stenosis in the left main coronary artery (LM). There is up to 20% stenosis in the mid-LAD.

Can coronary artery stenosis be reduced through diet?

My triglycerides and HDL (“good” cholesterol) are fine. My LDL is slightly elevated. My Lp(a) is 277, and both my mother and father already have stents.

Can a Mediterranean diet, keto diet, or intermittent fasting help?

My CRP and homocysteine levels are normal. My blood pressure is around 120/70. My blood sugar is normal.

I had my thyroid removed seven years ago. I am 58 years old and have been in menopause for three years.

  2. This is the time truth will be revealed..the veil over the curtain has been lifted.. nothing is hidden no more from the liers in high places of this hell realm or this matrix.

  3. I did a bit of research about your suggestion to take Niaicn. Found the following:

“Niacin was used for cardiovascular prevention for many years.

But then large randomized trials asked the much more important question:

Does making those cholesterol numbers look better with niacin actually prevent additional heart attacks, strokes and deaths?

    The answer was disappointing.

In the large AIM-HIGH trial, adding extended-release niacin to statin therapy improved HDL and triglycerides but didn’t reduce cardiovascular events. The much larger HPS2-THRIVE trial similarly found no significant reduction in major vascular events and found increased serious adverse effects.

And that has changed medical practice substantially.

The new 2026 ACC/AHA dyslipidemia guideline specifically says that niacin is not recommended for reducing cardiovascular risk.

    Also:
Pharmacologic niacin can raise blood glucose and worsen glycemic control. It might make some cholesterol numbers prettier while nudging glucose metabolism in the wrong direction.

Niacin can also cause flushing/itching, gastrointestinal effects, increased uric acid/gout and, particularly with some preparations and higher doses, liver toxicity.

  4. There’s ways to lower cholesterol through food and exercise that don’t require taking pills. Doing it natural isn’t hard, you have to be consistent through

  5. That’s not a true. I do not eat sugar, carbs or any junk. Eat only once a day and mainly vegetables or green salad from organic farm throughout entire summer and my cholesterol LDL is 181 today. They want to put me on medication to protect my heart. And said it’s genetic.

  6. when i tried keto and stop my carbs my cholesterol went up. so i don't really believe in keto. and i am old so my body cannot be on keto. I just need to balance food, just limit and keep on moving and sweating. I also cannot do omad, i lose my period if i don't eat. i just need to limit junks, and throw away more fats. eat less of everything. The only thing that i gained from diet is gastritis, i burnt my stomach from drinking so much acidic drinks without buffering with carbs. i also took so much vinegar on empty stomach or no carbs. sometimes we do it teh wrong way. but now im just limiting everything. i pig out once every two weeks or once a week.

  7. That is not always the case. I do not eat carbs or sugar or any of the junk food. I am super healthy eaters however my bad cholesterol is still hight and cardiologist told me today it’s genetic. My dad died at age 57

  8. I eat healthy since a teen! No red meat ( or 6x/yr), no fast food, no donuts, skim or 1/2% milk or yogurt, no heavy fat food, no candy(rare), minimal eggs/bread. .LDL has been 105 since 2002! Dr wants RX low dose statin. I dont want. WILL try niacin & Omega 3( flax seed oil, krill oil)

  9. Those who take high doses of niacin almost always experience the so-called "flush": the blood vessels in the skin dilate suddenly, the face becomes bright red, and there is burning and itching all over the body. While this may feel to some people as if "something is working very hard," from a medical perspective it is simply an unpleasant side effect.

Unfortunately, large, modern studies (such as AIM-HIGH or HPS2-THRIVE) have shown that niacin does not further reduce the risk of cardiac events, even though it makes lab results look good on paper. Therefore, it is rarely used for prevention in conventional medicine anymore.

  10. Cholesterol/other. I was shocked when my A1C was slightly elevated BECAUSE I'm NOT a sweet/sugar eater, and I do not eat ultraprocessed foods. Not even crackers, waffles, pancakes but I do eat PASTA and breads. I got an A1C test after seeing a neurologist. When I saw my A1C and also I have a slightly elevated LDL but a good HDL I cut back, way back on the carbs. I'm waiting for future A1C and cholesterol results to see if either or both areas improve. I'm curious to determine if too many carbs or too much white flour is causing the slightly elevated A1C and LDL along with intermittent neuropathy. So complex at times trying to eat healthy. I've also switched to organic brown rice and quinoa pasta when I do eat carbs.

  11. Thanks dr.❤ I went to buy Niacin B3 no flush. Was saying using Niacin in high dose more 100mg can cause liver damage. Would please explain it. I have fatty liver and high cholesterol can I take Niacin B3 or No? Thanks.
