I’m a Pathologist. Ozempic & Mounjaro Changed the Rules of Eating.

How to eat on Ozempic and Mounjaro, the foods to avoid, and why a dinner you’ve eaten for years can suddenly feel like a brick. A triple boarded physician and pathologist trained in metabolic health and obesity medicine explains the muscle loss, constipation and dehydration risks these drugs can carry, the 10 eating rules that stop working on a GLP-1, the 7-day reset for nausea after a dose increase, and what the new retatrutide trial means for your plate.

These drugs shrink your appetite by about a third and, early on, slow your stomach. Nobody itemizes what that costs. This video is the bill.

The full 7-day meal plan, grocery list and protein grams are on Instagram:

Uninflamed Platform: Many of you have asked where to go after watching. I built UNINFLAMED™ for that. 2. I Work with fasting . Till now 15-20 kg down. Started working Out 6weeks earlier to Control the muscleloss. WE will See in 5-6 months If i lost the 20 kg i Seen for that time

  3. ITS funny the rules dont Change, you Put an middlemen in. And they Work and then you Pay them. 😀

People are stupid to think the effect comes hours without unwanted effects

  4. I’d love more information on sugar substitutes: I lost 185 pounds using low carb (keto) diet without Ozempic. I still mostly eat low carb and Ozempic helps me moderate my appetite so I’m slowly now losing weight because of this. So for years now, I’ve been satisfying my sweet tooth with sugar substitutes. I’ve migrated to monk fruit/ allurose. I’ve heard negative effects from surculose, aspartame and erythritol but want to know if they’re hard on the gut biome

  5. I'm on Zepbound, the heartburn was horrible the first week, but calmed way down after.
I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks ,not as much as I expected, or heard.
I have significantly increased my protein intake, which had been next to nothing.
*I can't stomach Greek yogurt, or that fermented cabbage

  6. I really liked how this informative medical and health video by Dr. Amin Hedayat explored the hidden nutritional and physiological challenges of taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro—breaking down the impacts on muscle mass, gut health, and hydration, along with 10 outdated eating rules and a practical 7-day reset plan to protect your body in this video.

I’ve created an alternative professional thumbnail specifically for this video that I’d love to share with you. What would be the easiest way to send it for your review?

  7. I have noticed 2 of my friends on GLP 1 injections hardly eat at all but when they do….they only eat ice cream cookies pizza fried chicken. My sister doesn't eat salad or fresh fruit anymore. She just can't eat high fiber foods. These are the most nutrient dense foods.

  8. This stuff needs pulled off the market
So bad for people (i’m just a normal person yelling on the Internet. I could be wrong, but it just can’t be good for you.)

  9. Thank you for another informative video. I am definitely interested in Sweeteners. There is so much bad info out there about them. Please include those that are marketed to GLP-1 users like stevia, monk fruit, acesulfame potassium, Splenda/sucralose. And a video on Fiber would be much appreciated as well. How much fiber is in vegetables, not just beans. thanks

  10. I’m not on medication, but I am 66 years old and getting even 100 g of protein is a lot of chewing (Beef, chicken and eggs.) I have Multiple Sclerosis, so I eat 8 eggs daily for the Myelin Basic Protein in the yolks.

  11. i follow OMAD and have done fasting in the past for health and weight loss. I am now on Reta 2mg and i still do one meal a day (although I could skip if i wanted)
