  1. I’m shocked at the comments that say “what’s wrong with losing your period”.. ladies, a normal period is healthy and means your body is functioning how it should.

  3. That's completely contradictory to the new information we're hearing. Calories in , Calories out means you will lose weight if you burn more. You just said eat more around the stress. But also agreed with his sarcastic smile. I'm on the verge of giving up.

  4. Aside from the effects on bone mass, what's so bad about losing your period? I've tried to research actually studied, proven health benefits from having your period vs not having it, and couldn't find much.

  5. I just tried to lose 7kg and train hard, and bam, period was delayed from the normal cycle 5 days, that was a 500 cal deficit.
I will only do a 200 cal deficit from now on, it will be a slower but healthier process. ❤ thanks

  6. I would love to see your thoughts about Prolon. The Fasting Mimicking protocol. IF caused my Visceral fat to increase by 3 points. I've known people to do the 5 day Prolon fast and lose visceral fat… am so temped but am curious what your take on it is.
