Anyone who needs protein source suggestions –
Add things such as:
Egg whites and eggs
35g protein shakes x2 with 400ml milk adds 20g protein and makes a 90g protein shake + adding protein scoops to compatible food items
Turkey bacon
Chicken sausages
Adding 50% more of your usual protein source to dishes
Blitzing tofu into sauces
High protein ham/chicken/turkey slices wrapped around asparagus/carrots/cucumber
FAGE Greek yoghurt
Chickpeas
Baked beans are quite high in protein
Swap to vegan sausage rolls at Greggs (+2g protein to the meat ones)
Bone broth as soup bases and sauce bases for dinner
Tuna if you like it
Protein noodles (Sainsbury’s)
Adding high protein cheese in moderation
Cottage cheese if you like it
Jerky if you like it
Just some suggestions that have helped me ❤
