Great talk but why does he take folic acid? folate 5-mthf is the form the body wants. Folic acid is synthetic and linked to so many negative health outcomes and as a Scientist he must be aware of them. Jesse if you haven’t already you might want to dive into that issue especially as mandated fortification is becoming a hot topic.
A guest I could listen for hours to.
If I crave salt I eat some salty steak and eggs
About 10 teaspoons of sugar in a can of coke (not 30).
Merci à vous deux
Thank you both for this wonderful conversation ❤ I really like to listen to experts in keto. Although I'm 2 years in and know most of these things. But it's good to get reminders so you don't slip up again. It's absolutely worth the hustle to stay keto!
great talk …but… for some of us, fiber might as well be poision …& carbs can trigger our addiction… so u just cant "generalize" the way he does… thank u
Ciao, vi seguo da Italia !
I would say… Your wife cholesterol is also right just perfect 🙂 this is cholesterol you must have after menopause! ❤
Thats great, i do exactly the same, the same thinking, i hope i will also so good how he is now ❤ I have question Jessie! Please next time: trouble with sleeping, and females hormones, i have this sometimes when i start keto, will this go away or should i do something? More fat? Thx!
Excellent conversation, Jesse! Love how you explore metabolic health beyond weight loss. Great questions and fascinating insights!
I'm so glad he pointed that out at 9:15 about the lean mass not all being muscle. I'm confident that as you lose weight, especially if done through fasting, your body is uptaking junky, dying cells for energy. That's lean mass, like excess skin, connective tissues, etc. Too many people think that doctors mean muscle when they say lean mass. It's not to black and white.
No contradictions with Dr Anthony Jay, he's ok with me.😊
Thanks Doc , appreciate your work, awaken people and clear concept scientifically
Ich halte die Obergrenze von 25 bis 25 % Protein für Unsinn, damit kommt man NIEMALS in die tiefen Ketose. Nach meiner Erfahrung sollte man nicht über 15 % kommen
Why did you interview this simp? The information he is dispensing is antiquated and garbage.
25 hrs to exact! On nutrition
carbohydrate addiction is real….don't let the carb creep getcha
I, for one, appreciate you not using AI crap in your content. Thank you, sir
This is yet another channel that has helped keep me motivated to fight the evil carb monster for almost a decade – Thanks Jesse!
